Kenneth joined the Firm in August 2018 and is a Senior Attorney for the Commercial and Special Assets Department in the corporate office located in Overland Park, Kansas. He is currently admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2010. He obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2013.
Kenneth primarily represents the interests of lenders as they relate to commercial and multifamily foreclosure and evictions, commercial loan defaults and workouts, the enforcement of security interests in and recovery of automobiles and special assets, UCC Article 9 transactions, fraud and lender liability issues, and general collection matters.
